That is so fantastic! You are so right - the difference 1 year makes can be amazing! Think of all the wasted time if we don't get started. I am starting to think of every day as day 1. Even if I feel like going off plan - just do baby steps for 1 day and see where it leads. Very inspirational. Thanks!
