I've been weighing in the last few days at 257. Today was official weigh in day and I'm officially 257. That is my 5% goal. I didn't originally have a plan to reward myself but at the same time I've been saving money to buy some fire supplies. This Friday when I get paid, I'm going to order my first fire hoop and fire supplies as a reward now. I didn't think I'd achieve it so fast (6 weeks) honestly. Now to get to 10% (I think that's 243 but I left my weight loss notebook at my other job).

Congrats!! good job! I am not sure about the fire hoop thing lol. I managed the 10% mark last friday; 5% at a time. That seems to work the best for me so far (and I have 30+ years experience with diets not being manageable lol). Reward yourself! YOU DESERVE IT!!!! um....be careful, don't burn yourself just burn calories k?
