I do calorie counting, mostly sticking to a 1200 calorie a day diet, and walk usually 5x a week. I keep a calorie journal which is very helpful for me, and keeps me accountable. As well as using this website which I love. I'm currently in a Halloween challenge & monthly challenge, and talking to all you great people is a big help. Love having a support team

& for the shaper question, I do wear an undershirt everyday! Usually Suddenly Skinny from Walmaet spaghetti straps, or a black one I found at Ross that unfortunately hasno brand on it! My skin isn't tight, haaaaate my squishy skin.
What an amazing transformation! Keep up the good work. I'm considerably larger than your start weight, but I hope (within the next year) to be right there in the "hundred club" with you.
