Congrats on the first 50! I was just telling someone at work that the first 25-50 were the hardest because when you don't see an immediate huge difference, it's so tempting to give up and/or let yourself slip so major kudos to you for getting so far!

Thank you. It felt like such a long time to me but I suppose you're right, it was a relatively large amount of weight in a short amount of time. But I've noticed the smaller I get, the slower it comes off - but I'm OK with it as long as it keeps going vs up.
