Hi all! I am doing Weight Watchers. I have been on it for about 16 weeks, but it wasn't until the past few weeks that I got really serious about it. I was going to the meetings, but not really following the plan, then something happened.....I FOUND MY MOJO! I weighed in on Monday and I lost 4.8 pounds! Well, needless to say, that got me feeling really good. So, I have re-commited myself. I am breaking down my weight loss into 5% increments. So my first goal is 245.6. I am 8.2 away....I CAN DO THIS!
