Default Yippee! I am in Onederland!

took 6 months but finally did it. My first MAJOR goal is complete. I saw 199.4 on the scale today. 5 ounces away from 60 lbs and feeling great. Hubby lost 97 in same time period and we both have another 30-50 to go. Stay on what ever plan works for you and you can get there!
I am doing Medifast and loving it. Never thought I would be able to lose weight so easily.

Queenofoz Congratulations. Sounds like both you and your husband are doing great. I saw 199 for the first time too this AM. It's been 12 years since I saw it the last time. I've been really see-sawing lately though so know I will see 200 again. I'm bracing myself so it doesn't bother me. But I know if I keep on plan the day will come when the 200's are totally gone.

I love being able to share good news with everyone. My family of 4 is now lost over 350 lbs! My children were our inspiration, seeing them lose weight made us parents feel we needed to be the inspiration for them and now we finally have made gotten 3/4 of the way there and all feel great!
