tried on the pants i wore at my highest wt to show my kids. specifically, at the birthday party on march 6th, the day before i started my journey. they know i'm smaller, but i'm sure it's hard for them to compare to before.
they thought it was cool. i showed them, they can fit an arm in the extra space at my waist. its sbout 5 inches, maybe more. these are 22, now i'm wearing 14's, a few 12's in pants.
Way to go! That's such a great idea to show that to the kiddos!
