thank you parkedout

giddyup, that's the best way to do it, slow but steady. if you lose too much too fast there's usually a bigger risk of falling back on old habits! i started off the same way, it took a while for the first 20 pounds to go, but once i got those gone it got a little easier. mostly 'cause i felt so much better and had more energy to do things.

i got my tax return the other day..so today i went shopping. i got myself a few outfits that fit me right (14), right now. then i got 1 pair of jeans a size smaller(12), and 1 more pair of jeans that are the size i want to be(10)

i've been stuck where i am for over a month now, so i'm hoping that this will be somewhat of a motivator for me to start doing a little extra to lose these last 35 pounds. wish me luck! haha

update:

well, we sold all but 2 candy bars yesterday and all that's left are twislers, which i don't really like much, so YAY no more temptation there lol

however, my TOM started today and i'm wayyyyy bloated. so of course the jeans that i JUST got back into are kinda tight today i got a little muffin top going on..but i'm so freakin' stubborn that i don't wanna wear the next size up 'cause it'll make me feel as if i'm getting bigger again...soooo instead i'm wearing a top that's a little baggy around my tummy so the muffin top won't show as bad.

is that bad? :s should i just get over being stubborn and wear the bigger size until i'm not bloated anymore? ugh... i hate TOM... lol
