I am eating at least 1200 calories a day...usually averaging between 1400-1500 a day though.
I eat a lot, just making better choices.
And I'm exercising every day.
I've been told this week for the first time in my life...that people can tell a huge difference in my face. And I know they aren't just being sweet....it feels so good!
Way to go!!! Can I ask what eating plan you are following or are just working out a lot? I have 60 pounds to go and you are an inspiration to me and I don't even know you! I was just wondering besides working out what else you were doing to maybe help some us.
I am just starting out, have lost 6 pounds and wonder if Ill EVER make my goal. I am working out 4-5 days a week and look forward to getting there, it's the growling stomach that makes me wonder if I'll do it. Great job on your su! I'll keep lurking here for more inspiration!
That is SO awesome! GO you!! I've lost 25 lbs using my treadmill and drinking only water after consuming 1000's of calories in sodas. Then last week I joined Weight Watchers and have lost 5 more lbs in the last week for a total of 30! I never thought I could actually come this far, and if I can do it, so can anybody! Congrats and keep up the good work - and trust me, I know it's WORK!! =]
