As of this morning, I am 142.2! This meets and exceeds my mini goal. And I only have two pounds before I meet my next goal. I am so pumped since I am actually at a truly healthy BMI (24), not straddling being overweight [like I have my entire teen years]! My clothes look way better on me (minus how baggy things are getting) and I might go shopping for new jeans this weekend!
The change from last time is that I'm not just exercising and eating whatever I want (like last time). This time I'm watching what I eat by eating healthy snacks, cutting out junk food, and just being conscious of what is put into my body. It's a great feeling to be proud of how I'm eating.
I'm excited since this is the first minigoal I've met with weight loss...since I started using 3FC!
