i cant believe ive lost 50 lbs. it took me 10 months, and a lot of horrible plateaus, but as of today i have lost 51 lbs. since my goal (for now) is 70 lbs, for me, i always felt like when i hit 50, it would stop being a "diet" and start being a real life change.

Julia, losing 50 lbs is no small feat. My doctor asked me if I'd visited Dr Bauman (the known weight loss surgeon in town) because it's been his experience that people may lose 10-20 lbs but to drop 50 and keep it off is remarkable. I've lost 56 so far so I know where you're coming from.

Keep up the great work and take it one pound at a time.
