i cant believe ive lost 50 lbs. it took me 10 months, and a lot of horrible plateaus, but as of today i have lost 51 lbs. since my goal (for now) is 70 lbs, for me, i always felt like when i hit 50, it would stop being a "diet" and start being a real life change.

i have absolutely NO pics of myself at 220, but i think this is 205-ish. i gained a few after this.

aww thanks. well, i see A difference, just not what i thought the difference 50 lbs would make. i suppose it doesnt help that in the first pic someone has their arm around me so you cant quite see how wide i was, lol.

I can tell a big difference, especially in your face and the tummy area! Good job, keep it up...you'll look even more awesome after 20 more pounds! Yay!

Give it maybe 10 more lbs and you should notice a big difference. The same was true with me after my first 20. It didn't quite look like what I thought it would. But once I lost a few more, other people were actually noticing. It is weird how it happens that way. At first, they all kept commenting on my "new" hair. I had not done one thing different with my hair, LOL.
