Default 50 lbs down
When I first joined the forum a week ago it was because I had lost 50 lbs (had gone from 269 to 219), and really wanted to keep myself accountable for losing the rest of the weight. So far it is working great! I am down to 215.4 as of today. Thought I would share these pics now that my post count is high enough:

Begin Weight = 269 pounds





@219 pounds
(sorry, I took these pix on my cell phone in the bathroom at work, lol. Hopefully you can still see the difference eventhough the pictures are so crappy)





If I can do this, you can too. Keep up the good work. I'll post pics again when I lose ANOTHER 50! hopefully by August
