50 lbs down
 

When I first joined the forum a week ago it was because I had lost 50 lbs (had gone from 269 to 219), and really wanted to keep myself accountable for losing the rest of the weight. So far it is working great! I am down to 215.4 as of today. Thought I would share these pics now that my post count is high enough:
