Default First Mini Goal Done! Starting My New One!
Okay so my first mini goal was a little hard, and I didn't do it perfectly. But I made it though the holidays without gaining and January I got under 199! So now I have almost lost 10 pounds and I can't believe it.

So my goal for this month is do be down 15 pounds. I finally got my butt in gear with a program and I am actually learning how to never put the weight back on. Wish me luck!

Haha I didn't lose 15 pounds in a month, I wanted to be down a total of 15 pounds

I am down 23.2 pounds total now! I am following http://www.fatlosstroubleshoot.com I haven't started the OPT program yet (that comes along with it) but I think I will be starting that soon.
