I am drinking my water. I am consciously making an effort to drink it.

Also, I think maybe it is starting to click in my head--the "changes" that is.

Today, I went through the Dairy Queen drive-thru and got my kids ice cream. I knew I didnt want anything. I didnt even have a sweet tooth. Still, I ordered the brownie earthquake.....BUT I BROUGHT IT HOME AND PUT IT IN THE FREEZER AND MY DAUGHTER SAID SHE MIGHT EAT IT LATER. Anyway, I don't even want it!

I am so proud of myself.

Yay! Yeah I notice when I go out to eat now I still pick healthy. Today we went out for breakfast I got 2 eggs, wheat toast, and two slices of bacon with a coffee. My husband got chicken strips and fries and coke. I wasn't even tempted, before I'd eat his fries if he didn't finish them!
