Default Tiny NSV

I've only really lost about 6 pounds so far and I'm OK with that because I haven't been making DRASTIC changes, just trying to be mindful and cutting back.

But today, I put on my jeans (Fat Lady Jeans, I call 'em ), and.....I had to take up my belt a notch. Everything else seems the same, I look the same, but the notch I was using last week is now too loose. Yay! It's a tiny step in the right direction, and it's enough to make me want to move from simply cutting back to actually counting calories.

Thanks, everyone! The belt event caused me to fire up a new Fitday account and start logging my food. I remember that, in the past, I found it extremely motivating to watch the graph of my weight go down in Fitday, so I've logged my weights from January 4th through today in there as well.

3FC has been SO helpful to me!
