My goal for January was to knock off all that holiday weight - 8 whole pounds.
Well, I wasn't sure if I'd make it .. was hovering 0.2-0.4 pounds from my January goal up until yesterday.
And THEN... there was the lunch with the coworkers... and the partying with the boyfriend... things that couldn't wait.
But I made good choices (soup and salad and water at lunch and it was DIVINE - and one drink with the boy to toast his success) ... went to the gym... danced the night away...
And this morning, January 31, have more than beat my goal of 158.0 by weighing in at 157.4
I'm so proud - I don't like to be the person who says I'll do something and then doesn't do it. So it's a great start!
Now if you'll excuse me, I've got 5 pounds to lose before Feb.28
