




i've been working out almost everyday, walking on the treadmill anywhere from 45min-hour and doing 20 min on the elliptical. And every other day doing weight training.
I cut back on the amount of food i eat as well, i eat small meals throughout the day, maybe 4 of them. I don't snack anymore, or i try my best not too. I honestly slip up sometimes though.
anyways sorry for rambling but i am so happy right now


makes it feel like all the work was worthwhile!
