30lbs down and out of the 300s....feels great
Took me longer than I originally thought (started in March), but in all fairness, I've not been following a specific program - just eating healthy food in smaller meals through the day and pounding away on my elliptical 4-5 times a week. Enjoy the occasional cheat as well so I haven't felt deprived at all.
Since I have such a long journey ahead of me towards onederland, I know as I progress I'll have to become more diligent about calories and adding new elements of exercise as many of you have done so successfully...the wonderful chicks here are SUCH an inspiration to me.
For now, I'm heading to a swanky downtown salon on Friday for a hairstyle makeover!!
