I have totally kicked the crap out of the 300's!! Today, I "officially" reached 299. I say officially because I've been weighing at home since January and according to the home scale, I was there on Friday. But I'm currently on the Metabolic Research Center program and when I started with them in February, I was at 341. On their scale today, I hit 299. So WOOHOO to me!!!
