Default 10lbs lost so FAR

So I have been following my plan and working out for 2 weeks and I have already LOST 10lbs!!! I was so excited to get on the scale and see that, my goal is to lose 5 more lbs by the end of the month, which I don't think should be a problem. I love that I found this website too, it gives me a lot of support I need to stay motivated. There some great people on here too!

Congratulations!!! Great job -- that's a lot to lose in just two weeks!

Unfortunately, weight loss usually slows down if you get off to such a fast start, so please keep doing whatever you're doing even if the pounds don't keep dropping as quickly.

And to 3fc!!!

Default Slow down

Oh yeah I know eventually I am going to hit a plateau but I will just have to work through it and change some things up. I have heard the best thing to do when you hit a plateau is to change something your eating or a different way of working out to get your body kinda jump started again. But for now I am loving it, and even if I do hit a plateau atleast I will probably have came pretty far from where I began, Right? I started at 260 that's my highest weight recorded. Then After Memorial Day I started eating right and working out because I am so tired of being over weight. I am now down to 240. I am only 20 but in high school I was only like 140-150. So if I could just get to that I would feel great but I do want to get even lower then that. I got pregnant last year and when I got pregnant I was 215, and the weight just has not came off since I had her, she was a big baby though 9.68lbs born c-section believe me lol. But I gained a lot of weight with her. Anyone have any tips on lower abdominal workouts to work that pouch that was cut into, some people tell me I will never be able to have nice abs even if I weighed 120lbs because of my c-section.
