I finally went below 300!!! I'm so amazed because I have been feeling stuck over 300 for a few years. This past March, I recommitted myself to losing all the extra weight. So I started out at 321 and now I am at 297. I feel really great! It is amazing what weight loss can do for your energy and mood.
Awesomeness! My only advice to you, (if you haven't do so of course) is take lots of photos to document your weight loss! (they're super motivating!) Congratulations on kicking the 3's!
Thanks everyone! I just wanted to add that I lost 4.8 lbs this week. I was extra-motivated this past week, due to my recent success and also the motivating words of my WW meeting leader who asked me what I want to do this summer and where I want to be on Sept 9th labor day (the end of summer). I set a goal of losing 2 lbs. a week, but then I got a bonus and did much better than I expected. Now I weigh 292.8! I'm very close to achieving my 10% goal! Yay!
