Default My first weigh in!
I lost 7.5 pounds this week!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY COW! the weird thing is i don’t feel any different. clothes still fit the same. I would think a number like that would change me somehow but i don’t feel it yet. thats ok though, I am going to KEEP GOING! WHOO HOO! I know a number like that isn’t healthy to loose every week, but the first week is always my biggest loss, and then I plane out to just a few pounds a week, so I am going to enjoy it while i can! I’ve been fluxuating up and down a pound too, so I will keep that in consideration next week if I don’t loose much next week. but for this week? HORRAY FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

YAY!!! We have similar stats I had just gone to the dr. about 2 weeks and weighed 221 then went back like 2 days ago and was down 6lbs according to her and like you I cant tell, but hey ill take it i thought the same as you nothing feels different on but hey its a loss!!

Ill pat you on the back!! That is awesome.. I remember my first week lol.. and yes the lose does slow down. its been 15 weeks for me and my total lose is 21 pounds.. now is when I can really tell a difference. I got into a size 14.. but my belly hung over the top lol so I will keep on my baggy 16s until that doesnt happen. Congrats and keep up the good work!!

Good for you!! It took me a whole month to lose my first 8lbs - lucky you!! Anyway, keep up the great work - you should start feeling those cloths getting looser anytime now!!
