Default 22 Down...woot woot.
I've lost 22 lbs since 4/24.

My goal for this next month is 8-10 lbs.

I've got 100 to go, but that's ok.

I'm focusing on 10 lbs at a time.

I only have 10 lbs to go. 10 more times.

When I started this, I had 122 to go. That's progress no matter how you look at it.

Congrats on the loss! I liked your blog where you mentioned now you only have to lose 20 lbs 5 more times. Great attitude!!! I'm going to apply that to my own daily thoughts - thanks!!!
