Default my first nsv

I rarely have NSV's, or maybe I just don't notice, but this one I can't ignore: It's the holidays, and there's a lot of stress/rushing/ in addition to the holidays. Normally I'd reach for roast beef hash, cookies, cakes....just tons of really bad foods... but I didn't Yesterday I was up from 4:45 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and I still kept with in my points (ww) range. as i went grocery shopping I put so much crap in my cart, but took it all out by the time I got to the check out.

Today I am tired, still concerned about getting stuff done, and other stuff.... we had catered pastries and cookies at work. I had 2 tiny ones. Not the best, but I stopped at two, instead of deciding to have a free for all, like I am wont to do when I 'mess up'. Because of those 2 pastries I probably will be out of my points range today....but y'know. It could have been so much worse. It's taken so much time for me to get to the point where food isn't the first thing I reach for.

Sometimes the best feeling is knowing that you're keeping on track and patting yourself on the back for not giving into temptation. Even though you went off track a bit, it's great that you caught yourself and made sure you didn't go over too much. That's something to be very proud of! Congrats and good luck!
