After a weight stall three weeks ago, (and a 1.6 pound weight loss last week), I went on the scale today to see I lost another 3 pounds!!

Wow... it's now a total of 88 pounds weight-loss since I started way back in the spring, sheeeesh!
6 more pounds and I'm FINALLY under 200 pounds in a very, very, very long time!

I guess some weeks I'll stall or lose very little, and others, 3 pounds!
But hey, I'll enjoy this week's weigh-in to the max!
