Wow Joanne...You look great! You must be so happy. I so enjoy following your posts. You are always so upbeat and I love the way you experiment with vegies. Those of us in maintenance still need encouragement and new ideas to keep us going. Thanks for your great ideas and advice!

Thanks Lynn, I tried the endive.... liked the kale chips better, but my "Red" dog is beginning to beg for both the kale and the endive... so I give her a couple of chips when I am nibbling.
It is real nice to know that there are still maintenance people reading this forum... I think it is such a great support system.
The picture-progress is great! It may not come naturally to you, but I hope you're proud as all get out. And I really like your posts. So kind. Now, for the question I've been wanting to ask you since you first posted. Who is the lovely dog in your avatar and what is the breed. I thought I knew dogs, a little, but I can't figure this one out. And is it an agility dog?

Thanks Linden, I am slowly adjusting. The dog in my avatar is my friend's, I believe she is a cross between a poodle and a maltese, I will find out for sure... we were at a party and I am more comfortable with animals so it was nice to have a crutch... even though I knew everyone there and it was a great day a party is always better with animals. Sorry to say Roxy is not an agility dog, she is a princess...
Wow Jo! What a difference! I can't believe the way your old clothes absolutely hang on you... kept going back and forth between the two and it's crazy that it's the same dress... Now you need a new gold dress (that fits!) so you can show it all off!
You lost 75 pounds in under 6 months? So that's like...what, an average of over 3 pounds a week? That's just unbelievable, but the pictures don't lie! Congrats! How did you lose that fast?

IP is the first diet I have tried and the last one... I owe it all to a co-worker who introduced me to it and to the IP program itself.
