Default Down 50lbs...more than half way there!
Well I've officially lost 50lbs. I've gone from a size 18/20 to a 12! I feel great and am wishing I did this 15 years ago!

If I can do it anyone can. You've all been a huge inspiration to me and I want to thank everyone who participates in this forum!

The first picture was taken on the July long weekend about 184lbs and the second was taken on July 4, 2009. What a difference a year can make!
