mescel, for me, the back rolls were the last thing that I gained (after the bulging gut and the stuffed sausage arms, lol) so when I started losing weight, they were the first thing to go. There is no way to 'spot reduce' or to just lose fat in one area, so the best way to go is to just clean up your diet and exercise with intensity and passion!
dolly, When I first began, I started small. I made a simple 2 week goal of eating healthy and exercising every day (walking dog, and biggest loser cardio dvd.) At the end of the 2 weeks I rewarded myself with a non food item (a haircut and some nice salon quality conditioner.) As I got fitter, I upped the intensity and kept changing things up. Right now I am doing Chalean Extreme (a weight training program) and a form of cardio most days of the week. I didn't need to do the 2 week incentive the whole time, but recently I found myself getting discouraged so I implemented it back into my plan. At the end of these 2 weeks I am getting an hour massage and a pedicure!
