Thanks, ladies! I have to keep looking at these pictures because it's still so unreal to me that I've come this far. It feels like just yesterday that I've started on my journey and I'm psyched at how well I am doing. I'm glad to be an inspiration to anyone, and I just want everyone to know that reaching your goals in life whatever they may be is absolutely possible.

Your back is soooo smooth compared to how it used to be! I was just complaining about back fat yesterday, and wondering when the heck it will all go away!

Thank you all so much! Your compliments mean a lot!

mescel, for me, the back rolls were the last thing that I gained (after the bulging gut and the stuffed sausage arms, lol) so when I started losing weight, they were the first thing to go. There is no way to 'spot reduce' or to just lose fat in one area, so the best way to go is to just clean up your diet and exercise with intensity and passion!

dolly, When I first began, I started small. I made a simple 2 week goal of eating healthy and exercising every day (walking dog, and biggest loser cardio dvd.) At the end of the 2 weeks I rewarded myself with a non food item (a haircut and some nice salon quality conditioner.) As I got fitter, I upped the intensity and kept changing things up. Right now I am doing Chalean Extreme (a weight training program) and a form of cardio most days of the week. I didn't need to do the 2 week incentive the whole time, but recently I found myself getting discouraged so I implemented it back into my plan. At the end of these 2 weeks I am getting an hour massage and a pedicure! If you have more questions feel free to pm me.

Every one of you are completely capable of reaching your fitness goals! I am living proof that consistency pays off.

EveLHaelf-
Thanks for answering my questions. I am also doing a lot of exercising but having a hard time getting the weight off. Do you follow a certain food plan??

Again, congrats on your weight loss. You look so healthy!!!

Thanks guys!

I'm not following anything by the book as far as my diet goes. Just a high protein lower carb plan and I try to get in as many fruits and veggies as I can. I hydrate often and I eat every 4 hours and my last meal of the day is 3 hours before bed. Hope this helps!
