thanks guys! yes it seems as though I'm losing most of the weight in my face! but hey any difference is great! I can tell it a bit in my tummy area too- the first picture i Look so bloated and stalky like- I'm getting there! we're all getting there! YAY US!
definitely get the camera out- because You cant always see the difference in the mirror but when you look at the pics you can see the difference! it's gives motivation to keep going! I take my pics on the 9th of each month! wearing the same out fit in the same spot in my house wearing my hair the same way!
That's great! I don't think I have a swimsuit anymore, but now I want to get the camera out. Pics show the difference so much better than just looking in the mirror every day.
And BTW, I'm just right up the road from you in Bremerton.
thats great!!!! what kinda of diet plan are you following? good too know I have a weight loss buddy in the area! maybe we can recommend different restaurants and stores that carry certain products to each other in the area!!!!
