SO I've been a member for 20 days now this is test to see if it will upload my pics.. the befores were taken at 307 lbs and the afters were taken at 291 lbs which is a 15 lbs difference- I have since lost another 6 lbs bringing me to a total of 21 lbs lost! i get props for posting full body fat swim suit pics..LOL
