Wow, how inspiring! I'm curious how much time passed between your first set of before and after pics. You've come so far, wonderful wonderful job!

Thanks everyone!

Tigersoup, it was approximately 4 months. The beginning of March to sometime in July, maybe closer to 5 months actually.

Hi everyone! Haven't been around in awhile but I'm still working hard with lifting and struggling with eating properly. I have seen some pretty good changes over the winter, not as much as I would have liked but still progress so I thought I'd update with some new pics. I'm particularly proud of my back.

My weight is back up to 115lbs as of this morning, but clearly I've put on some muscle that's accounting for some of that gain.

I hope everyone is doing well!

Good gosh! You look like a fitness model!!!

How did you learn to lift to get so sculpted? How much work/hours does this kind of physique take? I am very impressed!

Aw, thank you so much! Actually, I've been toying with the idea of competing and I have a secret ultimate goal of ending up in the before and after section of Oxygen someday. Meh, we'll see, I still struggle with binging/starving so much that it makes it difficult to get the results I want.

I started lifting back at the beginning of last December by just researching the best exercises for the major body parts and got a bunch of free weights for my basement. After a few weeks I hired an online trainer that put programs together for me for a couple months and then when I ran out of money, LOL, I started adjusting them on my own a bit and have been doing so since about March.

I lift 5 days a week for approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on the day. Some workout days are longer than others...particular leg days since my skinny, white a$$ is what needs the most work. LOL

Thanks, I can hardly believe the difference myself. I can't believe the before was ever me but I can't believe the current is me either. LOL

You look so fantastic. 3 weeks ago today, I took the advice of a personal trainer to start toning muscle and (hopefully) have a chance at tightening up some of the excess skin from my weight loss. I will never get to the point where you are now without surgery but just know that it's stories like these that keep me motivated to work hard even when it sucks. The dumbell fly and lat workouts absolutely kill me but someday--just maybe--I'll have some nicely toned muscles like you do.

You've done a killer job. You should be very proud of your accomplishment.

Do you take any supplements? Whey?

You look absolutely amazing!!! Extremely inspirational considering our height similarities.

If you don't mind my asking, what is your routine like? Is that monthly online personal trainer expensive? Did you use a similar eating schedule to the Body for Life program? I'm thinking of using that method and just modifying it. Less supplements and more careful food planning.

I hope those questions were not too probing. Anyhow, fantastic job on your achievement and you look absolutely fabulous!!!

Niiiiiiiiiiice legs! Your legs look solid now and you have a nice gap between your thighs when you stand up now, I hope to have that real soon.

You look great all over. You have made awesome changes, I'm truly impressed.
