For those on maintenance using MyFitness.Pal, what do you have for your fat intake. I eat protein at each meal and sometimes have it as a snack, and I am going over the allowed protein.. I will go in and change it, but just wondering what number y'all have your fat count set at..

Thanks
Patzi

Skelley...
I forgot to ask, what is your total calories.. I put mine at 1300, but rarely hit that, usually 1200 or 1250.

Thanks, appreciate it.

When I hit maintenance they put me at 1300 but I'm usually around 1200 or 1250.

Woohoo down 10 lbs as of this morning. Tomorrow is my official weigh in but I feel good about it. I'm off to the zoo with my kiddos so that should be good for some calories burned!

Maintenance ladies (Patzi and skelley) keep up the good work. You all are great inspiration!

Life got crazy early last week, so I haven't been to the center since last Tuesday. But, the home scale has been friendly, so I'm looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow. Now that some of the stress is gone, hopefully my weight will continue dropping. I was awfully proud of myself that the emotional roller coaster didn't trigger a stress binge - looks like my mind is where it needs to be
Mom weighed in and has lost 39.5 pounds!!! I'm wearing a dress top today that I've had for years but never buttoned (just worn as a cardigan). Today, it's fully buttoned with no straining! Woohoo!
Keep it up! It's sooooo worth it!

It's funny. I think I am doing ok, but having been on maintenance it is a very hard to go by a "menu" again. I have added back my HNS with no problem but find myself eating "maintenance style." Wonder if I will still lose just adding the HNS? Wouldn't that be awesome! lol Might just be wishful thinking....

Oh no problem you are very welcome. How many calories did they start you on when you started maintenance?

Congrats AshelyRae for staying focused and wow to your mom! You are both doing great, I'm going tomorrow morning to the center to do my maintenance weigh in! What time do you normally go?

I'll probably stop by around 2:00 p.m. I forgot to bring my food diary to work with me, so I've got to run home before going to the center. If you see someone with an ornery toddler with her, that's me Haha!
