Lost 3 pounds this week. I'm now down -68 pounds since January 7! One frustration for me is that every time I go to the center for the body fat analysis, my final "goal weight" they want me to hit goes down. So, on my first visit, I thought I only had to lose 85 pounds to hit my goal, but every time I go back, that number goes down further, and will now be a 104 pound loss to meet goal. It's just frustrating when I thought I had a number in my head and a goal, and that goal is modified every few weeks. The center says it's because of the amount of water weight I started out with or something, but I wondered if others experienced that. It is making the program go on longer, and thus could put me into a position where I have to buy more weeks. Hope that makes sense, lol.

I'm not sure why they keep changing it. But I my center when I signed up they gave me a goal weight and it never changed. Actually I believe I told them where I wanted to be at because they had me really lower than what I wanted to be at and they didn't have any problem with the goal I wanted. And they have never changed it, in fact I didn't reach the goal weight they originally planned for me but hit my goal weight and stayed at that weight all thru stabilization. Went on maintenance and they give you 6lbs to play with, I did well for 4 months then all of a sudden my cravings came back and I was out of control.

I knew my body well enough to know that the goal weight their machine came up with was not a weight I'd be happy at. I ended up losing over twenty more pounds, and every time they did my body comp they'd bring it up again. It never changed, even after I went below it. Actually I gained a lot of weight back the last couple months and just realized I am now at that supposed ideal rate. I feel fat and disgusting. I am back on plan to get back down again. You need to do what feels right for you and don't be restricted by some number.

I haven't posted in a while, not much to report because I've been stuck at 181 for 4 weeks. I've switched up my meals for variety, added extra water and kept my exercise to a minimum but still no change so last night my counselor suggested giving the MetaQuick plan a go for a few days and see how it turns out when I go weigh in this Saturday. **fingers crossed**

skelley331 - I do the All Day Weight Loss, 2 per meal and 2 at bedtime, it helps keep the hunger tiger at bay. As a side note, I've done it since day 1 so I don't know how it would work before versus midway such as do I see a change using it.
Workinprogress: I started taking the all day weight loss Saturday and it seems to be working, I have one question I forgot to take my before dinner pills so I took them after dinner, do you think they will still work? Thanks

Finally...Finally...Finally

Bye Bye 181 and HELLO 179!

Huge sigh of relief for a loss

I hope you all are doing good and congrats on the pounds slipping away!

skelley331 - it happens to me too and I do the same thing by taking the pills during or after a meal. If I don't realize and it's been a while after my meal I will skip it and take the next ones at the right time. According to my center, it is to help for keeping hunger away in between the meals also. She (counselor) said that ideally taking it before the meal would be better because it would help keep me feeling full during the meal (so I don't overeat or want to eat more even though my plate is empty) but it is for ALL day.

Hi everyone! It's been awhile since I 've been here. I got my youngest son married off and now I'm ready to focus on me. I been maintaining...or should I say gaining and losing..If I go off this diet I immediately gain it back. I just can't seem to lose completely down to my goal. Everytime I have a stressor in my life...when I can't cook food on the go..I gain it back!I love being thinner though..it has changed my life...but I have to find the key to keep it off!

Skelley...
Never heard of those pills... I have found that for me to maintain, I have to eat more protein and drink at least one HNS a day.. I am off all other supplements except for fat and carb blockers and I only take two of those if I am out to eat. I don't like taking the HNS, but it seems to help me maintain. I was doing two and am down to one.

Also, with me I had a bad craving the other day and I figured let me try a fat fix, so tried a teaspoon of peanut butter and that did it. I ate it off spoon and had to drink something to get it down.

My friend in Colorado told me she needs to have three snacks a day and three healthy meals a day to maintain. Without the snacks she finds herself
grazing all day with cravings. I guess we all have different situations.

I hear MRC is now pushing the coffee extract or something like that pills.
I will not try them, unless I hear some positive feedback.
