I think it may depend on the menu/plan you are on. I'm on beige and can have up to 5 HNS/day. I think the amount might go down as your weight goes down.
I'd say that you should focus on being on track for the rest of the week, drink your water, etc - and hopefully the scale will show it.

Your menu should tell you how many HNS's you can have a day. Mine says I have to have a minimum of 3 but can have a max of 5. I have way more to lose than you do though. My counselor told me that as I lose the number of HNS's that I can have will decrease as I change menus.

That's what I was told as well. She said it helps to burn fat because your body processes protein easier. I'm sure they want us to buy more products too. But I'm still gonna give it a try.
