Okay I posted earlier that i go weigh in tomorrow, unfortunately i'm almost out of the MRC-6 and Cortitrim and I don't have the extra $$ to purchase because i need to buy more HNS drinks, so i will be going forward without the MRC-6 and Cortitrim so i'm hoping it doesn't jepordize my journey, i see alot of people who still lose just doing the oils and vitamins along with the HNS. I will keep you posted on how it goes. Scary but eventually you come off of everything so we'll see how i do. Wish me luck!!

Good luck Skelley. I weigh in tomorrow too so wish me luck as well.
By the way, I tried the Texas Chili tonight and I thought it was pretty good. It was a nice change from fish and chicken that's for sure.

I received my 75 pound bracelet today!!! I actually only have 4.5 pounds to go to my goal weight, but think I need to do 5 more so I will have lost an even 80.

How wonderful..You be very proud of yourself as you have done an awesome job. When I hit maintenance, I went 5 pounds under goal, which was my preference,as I wanted it as a buffer in the event I gained 1-2 pounds, and I am very glad I did. Good luck to you.

I am so excited!! I weigh less than I have in about 20 years. I lost 6 pounds last week for a total of 50!! Not sure what I did differently this week to have such a big loss.
