Angela - The Proti Diet pink lemonade tastes better than the MRC HNS in my opinion. I buy the big canisters of it at Nutmeg State Nutrition (online) for $19. I also purchase protein bars from them and have tried puddings and shakes. If you like mocha things, try the Diet Protein To Go Mocha Pudding & Shake Mix. It really satisfies my cravings for a frozen mocha drink from Dairy Queen.

I agree with the suggestions to add another HNS if you are craving sweets or snacks. It doesn't always help - there were lots of times that I had to leave the house so that I didn't eat something - but we all just do what we have to do! Good luck!

I went to www.proteinshop.com to look for supplements similar to CortiTrim and Phentratrim and also just googled the ingredients. I found several products that were basically the same as what MRC sells, and many were much cheaper. You can also find things at evitamins.com. I'm almost out of CortiTrim and Phentratrim and have already run out of MRC-6. I'm thinking of just taking green tea extract next. Any suggestions or ideas?

Well, I walked the red carpet into Stabilization Party last night. I was so impressed by the stories the other stabilizers - one lady lost 85 lbs. and 113 inches -she had to loop her ribbon along the wall so it didn't puddled on the floor! Hope everyone has a great rest of the week and all of you in the path of Isaac - stay safe.

I have a weigh in Friday. I started working out with weights this week. Does anyone know if this will affect my weight loss?. If it does I'll try not to be disappointed...I did stick to my diet!

I got back on the wagon on my own on the 15th and I've lost 8 pounds since then. I'm going back to MRC tomorrow to sign up again. I wanted to make sure that I had my head in it before I joined back up. I'm feeling pretty pumped!!

Hi all! I hope everyone has had a good week. I am moving next Saturday, so I have been commuting 2 hours back and forth for grad school. This week, I stayed in a hotel for 4 nights. I prepared chicken breast and quinoa which lasted me for 3 nights. I brought bars, cheese, and ate eggs and fruit provided from the hotel in the mornings. My preparation worked! I went in for weigh-in today and lost 3.5 pounds! I love that this plan is working...I'm excited to see where I will be in a month from now.

Hey all! I'm new here and wanted to ask a few questions. First of all, the fruit and veggie drink was mentioned. Can that be used as a substitute for veggies? Secondly, I am on day 9 of this diet on the metabalance plan and am finding it very difficult. I am not a veggie eater so I am choking down what I can but I don't know how long I can do that. I'm already getting bored with what I'm eating. So my question is, does it get easier?

I would like this information also! Thanks for asking. Great question.
