Prayers for you and your family lovestofish.
I've been weighing in the mornings, but now that school is starting I am going to have to go in the afternoons. Yesterday was the first pm WI and I was up one pound but I was wearing jeans when I usually wear shorts. So I know really I wasn't up 1, but I didn't like seeing that number regardless.
I'm worried about staying OP when I go back to work. Monday morning we are having a staff welcome back breakfast. My plan is just to eat before I go and then just get some fruit. Lunch is going to be harder since everyone is going to want to go out to eat on the workdays. I think I'm either going to bring my lunch or just go home and eat. The real test will come when the students start.

He was most impressed with weight loss in one year (been OP 50 weeks) but I want to relate something about body fat. I did body comp last week @ MRC and it showed body fat at 39%. I told my dr. that and he said no way. He is a marathoner, ultra runner, cyclist plus is a support md on ultras and is personal dr for many of the local elite runners and cyclists. According to him, my body fat is between 18 and 20%. Granted, he did not use calipers but did look of "fat" on my hips and I trust him. That said, do not be discouraged if your body fat % isn't moving very much..chances are it really is. I'm going to ask MRC when the machine was last calibrated.
