Default Hns

Do you think that it would be possible to do the meta-slim without the HNS? I've got a huge income tax amount this year that has to be paid so I'm trying to make MRC work for me without some of the cost. Does anyone think that an additional protein serving at each meal might substitute for the HNS? I called my center and they said that they could put me on the maintenance menu and that some people are able to lose weight on that if they exercise, but I'm wondering about other options that could help me continue to lose weight.

You could substitute the HNS for a protein powder from Walmart. Just look for something with close to the same nutritional value.

For me, weeks without the HNS (when I run out or go out of town and don't take enough) are weeks I don't lose. I really think the extra protein is what makes MRC. I would find a cheaper alternative, like sweatpants suggested.

That's kind of what I was thinking too. The way that the Center put it to me on the phone about going on the maintenance menu and how "some people still lose if they exercise" didn't really make me feel too confident about that option. Thanks for your idea about the protein powder.

I honestly think I couldn't do it without at least 4-5 HNS' a day. I didn't exercise the last few days or stay completely on plan, but I still lost. I think it was the HNS.

My boss is on MRC and he lost 40 pounds. He doesn't exercise, cheats every weekend, but he DOES drink his HNS. I know another person the same, who lost 70 pounds and keeps up at minimum with his HNS.

I totally concur with this. I often refer to the HNS as my weight-loss juice. I think it is absolutely key (taken 3-5 times DAILY depending on the plan!).

I believe it helps to produce really fast and amazing results. And there ya have it -- My Opinion. I lost a ton of weight initially in just 4 months, going from a size 22 to a size 12 (70 lbs), so I do BELIEVE this whole-heartedly!
I should add that I did exercise -- I walked 3-4 times a week as well.

I have put some back on and am back for a second round. Still believing in the HNS as I do it too!
