Update on Cauliflower Pizza....I should have baked it 20 minutes to get it a bit crispier. The edges were crispy like a thin-crust...but the middle wasn't. Had to eat with a fork. But super yummy! I ate half the pizza for lunch today....and the other half tomorrow. Could possibly do a third, but it was good...so...

Here are some pics! The crust and the finished product!

That looks sooo good! Does the crust taste different, since its cauliflower?

The crust tasted pretty normal to me. It wasn't doughy because there was no flour...but it was good. Cauliflower has a pretty mild taste anyway...so adding the cheese and oregeno made it Italian tasting.

NSV too (I'm a board hog today because I'm so bored at home! Dumb snow!)

I am a bridesmaid in a wedding in April and when I ordered my dress in Nov, the 14 barely zipped. Tried it on today and its falling off! I called and got the measurements for the 12, and it should fit...so I ordered it for an exchange! Woohoo! Down a dress size!

That's great! Nice, its always a good thing when you have to re-size something smaller

Congrats on the loss!

Kayaking class was AWESOME!

I had a mild panic attack early on--after we watched the video and got into the kayaks, the instructor showed us how to do a "wet exit," and told us this was the first thing we had to try to do so we could make sure we knew what to do if we tipped over. So, one by one, we had to purposely tip the kayak and push ourselves out from under water. I completely panicked because I had some difficulties squeezing into and out of the kayak out of the water, before we even entered the pool. I was convinced I was going to get stuck and drown--or die of embarrassment. But my instructor was super nice. I was taking a long time to force myself to tip over when it was my turn, and he asked me how I was doing--I told him I was scared my fat a** would get stuck. He laughed and said that's what just about every student tells him. I finally got up the guts and did it! I survived!

The rest of the class was a piece of cake after that--just learning different paddling and turning techniques. But I was sooooo proud of myself for overcoming so many fears in one night--fear of drowning, of trying something new, of being in swimsuit in public, etc. etc.

Thanks for the pep talks before the class, though, ladies! It was really helpful to know other "real" women can do and enjoy kayaking.

Hi everyone - I started the plan right after Thanksgiving -did a great job - even with the holidays and now I keep slipping up - every day it seems to be something. I haven't weighed in (last week and this week) cause i am embarrassed, it's just like every other time I try to lose weight, I am screwing this one up to. My scale at home doesn't say I gained..I am getting depressed -Just needed some encouragement or words of wisdom.
