Breakfast: french toast: 1 slice lo cal bread, 2 med eggs, cinnamon, touch of sugar free syrup. Homemade HSN and vitamin.
Lunch: 6oz lean ground turkey cooked with low sodium taco seasoning. 4 oz sauteed mushrooms with chopped garlic. Apple. Homemade HSN.
Dinner (planned): 6oz baked cod with lemon pepper seasoning. 4 oz. sauteed spinach. 1 slice toasted low cal bread (garlic toast). HSN.
Snack: HSN jello or sugar free jello.
