I'm on my 4th week of stabilization and it has been okay. A bit confusing but I just keep my sheets in front of me. I was curious about people that went through the program completely and how you are doing?
I am enjoying getting some foods added back in that I had not had for months. Do you use the 1200 or 1400 calorie plans?
I guess I want to know how doable is the plan in the maintanence phase?
We'll probably have to forever plan our meals just like now.
