Hi everyone!
Just starting day two of preconditioning. I've been reading threads here like they were life-preservers.
I'm nervous about getting rolling on the actual menus but I am ready to have some structure.
Looking forward to spending more time here since everyone seems so supportive.
Welcome! I am new too. I started the green menu last Monday and my blue menu on Friday. I do like the structure but am a little tired of the salad part. Jump right in with any questions, everyone is so helpful!
Welcome to you all.. I've been on program since November 09.. This program really does work. It's not always easy, but the support from the center and the wonderful people on here really help. I've done just about every diet there is out there. This one works well for me..

Gina, it is a terrific plan for one that decides it's time to hit the issue with all the big guns. Get focused, follow the plan, begin some moderate walking and in 3 months you will be feeling like a different person as you watch yourself move down about 4-5 sizes. That does wonders for your realization that you can really get the job done and that you are in control. Awesome plan!
HI and welcome I am new to the program also, been on it a week and it really will make you feel better!! I have more energy and my body feels good, getting the right types of food Good luck!!
Everyone is so right about this program. The fact is we see results, we feel great about our achievements and it helps to keep us accountable! One of the lines I keep telling myself is I can do this! I can do anything! It sure beats all the old mental talk of saying I have no self control! LOL I do have self control but it is a choice! A very rewarding choice at that! All these wonderful ladies on this forum are so great too!
Welcome to the most supportive place on the web. I started pre-conditioning March 20 and in three weeks I'm down almost 15lbs. The first week was very hard but now,...it's second nature. May I suggest seasoning food.......get every available flavor of Mrs. Dash, also extracts, ie:coconut, banana, almond etc. for your puddings later on. You don't have to eat bland "diet food". Check out the great recipes on the other threads. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!Again, welcome aboard.
I just joined MRC today after seeing and hearing about great results for some friends in my church. I saw a bariatric surgeon last month and learned my insurance wouldn't pay for a bypass, so I'm keen for an effective alternative. And MRC is certainly less expensive than surgery!
Hi! I am on day 4 of the program, I lost 2.5 pounds on pre-conditioning and another 5 as of today! I'm very happy with everything so far and I am very excited I found this site. I was on the program 6 years ago and lost 35 pounds in two months then went OP and gained it all back plus 27 more. I know this works and will stick to it this time, making it a life change not a diet. Good luck to all of you.
You have to feel good about this program after reading this thread!! I am on my 20th day OP and have lost 9.5 pounds and have no urges to cheat even a little. This is what I have been looking for. Thanks for all the positive comments, it just confirms that I made the right choice FINALLY.
