Hi guys!
This is my return to MRC after about 5 years, I didn't complete the program the first time and have gained it all back plus some. I'm on day 6 and am already starting to get discouraged!! I lost 2 1/2 pounds on the pre-conditioning, started Meta-Slim Plus and lost 5 pounds in 3 days. The next day I had gained back 2 pounds, that was day 4 this is day 6 and I've gained 2 more pounds! I know I shouldn't weigh everyday but I do.

I have not gone OP at all this time! Can anyone give me any suggestions? I drink from 64 to 96 oz of water every day. Could it be that I am older than I was the first time I was on MBC?
I too need a buddy I can talk to that is why this seems like it would be such a great site. Thanks to anyone that replys!!!!
btw, how do you get the weight tracker?
