Hey,

I am on day 4 of the yellow menu. Can someone please tell me what will be on the blue menu, I am so sick of the yellow menu and need to see some hope. Today is my last day on yellow.

Once you get to blue you will be able to have meat at lunch and a couple of other fruit options at breakfast. At dinner you don't have to have salad either, just meat and veggies. It is better. hang in there - I am on day 1 of green and finally feel like a normal eater again!
