Just moved overseas and need help!
Hi everyone!
I was on this diet when i lived in colorado and did very well. A few months ago I moved to the UK and have gained about 15 lbs back. Anyway I had the smarts to bring my drinks and even most of the pills with me but forgot the menus!!! I have tried to do it this week from memory but would be sooo greatful to anyone willing to send me the menus!
Its too bad I cant go to the center as that was a big help! I know this diet works and look forward to using this forum as a support as a replacement to the center.
