Congrats kimmermarie19! I have my first WI today as well but it's only been since Friday, so I will go back on Saturday for a "full week" worth.
We're on the same track it seems! About the same goal weight and about the same start weight! Are you having a hard time eating all the food they want you to eat at each meal too? Good luck!
Hey kimmermarie19, I had my first weigh in yesterday (started friday, weigh in wednesday) and was down 2.5 lbs! I can't wait to go back on Saturday to see if I can up that a bit.

I went to WI on Tuesday, I've lost 5 lbs since preconditioning which started 1/30 and starting the beige menu on 2/9. I'm really bummed, that I havent lost more

it may not have been as much as you had hoped for...but 5 lbs is still FIVE lbs!! keep your head up and don't give up. for every 5 lbs i lose...i think of it as a 5 lb bag of potatoes that i am not having to carry around anymore
Haha, a 5 lb bag of potatoes is a good image! I went to WI today, and I'm down another 1.5 since Tuesday!!! I think I just got off on a rough start, and it was hard to get in the swing of things. Now that I'm down 1.5 in 4 days tho, its got me motivated to keep goin!
