Well, here I go again on the diet roller coaster. Two years ago I lost over 50 pounds just to put almost all of it back on again. I'm about to be 40 and I want to look hot. ;-) So, I am going back on this diet. I have about a month worth of supplements before I run out and will probably have to rejoin at the center to get my supplements. (Unless someone knows of a cheaper alternative). I am still in search of the green menu if anyone can email it to me I would greatly appreciate it. ( [email protected]).
I am going to start with the preconditioning menu and start working out with my hip hop abs cds again. How long are we supposed to be on the preconditioning menu??
