Starting over....again

  • I've been here before. I've decided to get back on the saddle and try again. I had lost 29 lbs the last time I was on the WW plan. I have gained lets say most of it back. I feel like I am just in a downward spiral here. I will weigh myself tonight I have to prepare myself for the depression that will bring. So I guess I'm being a downer. I need to get a better handle on life you know? A more positive outlook.

    I only manage to get to 9 and then go back to my old ways.
    I am starting over again tooo !!!!

    Be Positive and Positive things will happen.

    Shoot I need to follow my own advice.

    i have never done the WW at home -
    But I am this time - because I cant afford to go to the meetings.

    When is your first day on the program gonna be -
    Today or tomorrow ???

    Dont worry about that scale - it is only a temporary thing.
    And being heavier then we like - or feel good about doesnt make us bad people. So there should be no shame there ,,,,,, I have had to tell myself this many times over and over - so Now we just start taking some action and do what makes us feel good inside and out.

  • Disregard my weight counter below - it is FALSE that is from when I was Doing good - which I am not - and have gained all of that Plus some back
  • I started today actually. As much as I would like to start tomorrow. I packed my lunch for work today. WW dinner and crackers. Lots of water. I realized I threw in a block of cheese. I think the thing is like 9 points though. It's depressing. I want to eat the stupid thing. Its just sitting there staring at me. URG.

    I would love to buddy up.... I need positive reinforcement here. Well I guess I need more then that.

  • Could you use another buddy?! I need the support also and would love to buddy up with you both. I just started AGAIN today also. My family laughs at how many diets I go on! I have trouble sticking to them. This may help me out.

  • well this morning- I had a doughnut( THAT wasn't a great start!)

    I packed water I've had 2-20oz bottles today so far. I get off work in 20 min I hope to get the third down before I leave.

    I had WW Fettichini for lunch with some saltines

    And saltines for snack.

    I had my husband take that cheese home when he came to visit a few min ago. It was really tempting me!

    Dinner we are doing a broasted chicken, mashed potatoes and cauliflower.

    So far so good accept for that Doughnut!

  • I did pretty good today. Had oatmeal for breakfast, Lien Cuisine for lunch, fruit for a snack and dinner I had a grilled chicken breast, broc., and cabbage.

    2 fat free fudge pops for evening snack...that wasn't too bad, right?!

    PM- you sound like me, I planned to started today, but got off track this evening!!! So I guess I was just warming up to the idea!!!
    I am for real gonna hit it hard on tuesday!!!

    So can I join in w/ you all???
    Are you going to have a set weigh in day?
    I am very excited and need all the support I can get!!
    I am in the same boat about the whole $$meeting$$ thing!

  • Well today didn't go so bad. We had the broasted chicken, mashed potatoes and cauliflower. It was good. I snacked on a 1/2 cup of chex mix and watermelon tonight. I used all of my points today. And 80 ozs of water. I guess it was a good day.

    I weighed myself tonight and I was 3 lbs less the I thought I was to start.

    My husband, little guy and I went for a 1/2 mile walk too. It's a start

  • I am new to WW .Can I join you all? It would be nice to have some WW buddies.We could all have a weigh in day. maybe we could get ideas off of each other as to what to eat
  • AMC & Angelica - Hi there !!!! I think it's great if you all join us !!!! And YES I think we should all pick a weigh in date !!! Christine & Luke what do you guys think !!!!

    This morning I felt all EXCITED and determined to do good today because I knew I had others to do this with and to check in with !!! I think We'll all do good this way.

    Especially if we keep in mind it's okay to not be PERFECT - and we just keep plugging away and NOT TO GIVE UP if we slip a little - which we will from time to time - because we are human - Just got to remember this is a process ....

    So far today - I have had 2 cups of coffee / 2 pts -

    I plan on having Oatmeal for breakfast

    And I made a salad for lunch - with just a few chopped carrots , some green onion and kidney beans - - 1 pt and I plan on Using Salsa as my dressing so that is 0 pts

    And I brought a cucumber for a snack - If i Get really hungry and feel i need something else - I have a can of green beans here and also a bag of 1 point Popcorn !!!!!

    So how is everyone doing this morning !!!!!
